Sending Instant Data to Microsoft Excel

(Instant Accounts Plus users only)

You can send data from certain windows, lists and grids within Instant Accounts Plus to Microsoft Excel. You can then edit and format the data to create reports to suit your own individual business requirements. As the data within Excel will not affect your Instant Accounts Plus data, you can customise your reports and experiment with different "what if?" situations. To do this, from within the window you want to send to Excel, open the File menu, choose Send and then choose Contents to Microsoft Excel.

Note: If you encounter problems sending large amounts of data from Instant Accounts Plus to Microsoft Excel, you should try reducing the amount of data you send. To do this, use the Search facility to act as a filter on the list.
